FAQs

How quickly will I see results?

Most of our clients start seeing results within a few months. In highly competitive industries, it might take longer but we'll let you know if we expect that to happen before working together.

Do you offer any guarantees?

We guarantee that we'll meet or exceed your expectations within 6 months or we'll work for free up to an additional 3 months. Ask us for details.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we do not require long-term contracts. We do require a minimum of 3 months and offer discounts for longer commitments.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require 30 days notice for cancellation. After the required contractual time has been completed (typically 3 months), our agreement rolls over on a month-to-month basic.

How will I know if we’ll benefit from any optional add-ons?

We'll let you know. As part of our onboarding, we perform several audits and analysis to identify any problematic areas. We'll then present you with a plan for resolution. We can perform this audit prior to working together for a flat fee.

Is the cost of writing content included?

No. You'll either have an in-house team or we'll help you find a writer who you will pay directly. Our team does make minor edits at no charge, however.

Can we customize a plan?

In most cases, yes. We do have a specific process that we know works. But we're happy to accommodate different levels of content volume.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is an ACH bank transfer but we also accept checks and credit cards.

Do you offer any discounts?

We may offer discounts for commitments of at least 6 months and/or pre-payment of fees. Please let us know if you'd like more details.

When can we get started?

Right now we need 5 business days to allocate internal resources and begin new engagements. After that, we're all yours!
